The Chief Minister opined that when buyers and sellers engage
in technology & knowledge sharing, it gives a strong impetus to
the development journey.
Shri Modi talked about the agriculture fairs where many farmers
participated. He said, “We did agriculture fairs. Many farmers
came and we decided that like the Vibrant Gujarat Summit we
will have a fair once in 2 years dedicated to agriculture.” Similarly,
Shri Modi shared that this time the Gujarat Government got a
request for a special stall for women and the Government has
made special arrangements to give a strong boost to women
entrepreneurs.
The Chief Minister expressed his gratitude to the Government
of India, all the state Governments who are present and all the
other participants and stakeholders.
Earlier, Ms. Rita Menon (IAS) and CMD of ITPO spoke on the
occasion. She congratulated the Gujarat Government for the
show and expressed confidence that the summit will grow from
strength to strength. She wished the event the very best.
The event was graced by various Ministers, captains of industry
and other dignitaries. Among those who attended include Cabinet
Ministers Smt. Anandiben Patel, Shri Saurabh Patel, Shri Ganpat
Bhai Vasava.
