aware. Children are young and helpless; the parents and the
entire village will have to become aware so that children can
benefit.

I bless all the little children who are entering the school
today. For the first time it has happened that a Chief Minister is
holding the hand of children and taking them to school. Most
of you might not remember your first day of school, but I am
sure that these children will remember their first day of school
for a lifetime. This process has given me even more pleasure
than my own Swearing-in-Ceremony because education is the
most pious task that one can undertake.
